Raleigh Ice Hockey Officials Association
Welcome to the Raleigh Ice Hockey Officials Association (RIHOA). We are a non-profit organization of ice hockey officials, based in Raleigh, NC. Our members consist of hockey officials of all ages and skill levels, with the goal of providing a safe and positive playing environment, and development of our officials.
RIHOA schedules officials for the Junior Hurricanes, NC Golden Bears, Raleigh Raptors, Cape Fear Warriors, Hillsborough Hogs, NC Trailblazers, Polar Adult Hockey League, Polar Hurricanes House League, and other teams and tournaments taking place in the greater Triangle area of North Carolina.

2026-27 Seminar Information
IMPORTANT NOTE: ALL SEMINARS for the 2026-27 season will take place online via Zoom. You may take ANY USA Hockey seminar, anywhere in the country, as long as it matches your registration level (1, 2, 3, or 4).
There may be additional on-ice training requirements for new Level 1 officials, prior to receiving game assignments.
